- Create and finalize the booth design
- Plan the production timeline and schedule all phases
- Source and procure materials and components needed for construction
- Oversee fabrication and construction in the production facility
- Manage quality control to ensure standards are met
- Coordinate logistics for delivery of the booth to the exhibition site
- Supervise onsite assembly and installation of the booth
- Manage onsite troubleshooting and adjustments during build-up
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during transport and assembly
- Coordinate with account managers and client representatives
- Oversee dismantling and packing of the booth after the event
- Manage waste disposal and recycling according to guidelines
- Maintain communication flow between production team and client throughout
